Greenbelt Recreation presents the annual Holiday Lights Concert by the Greenbelt Concert Band, under the direction of Joan Rackey. This year, we bring you an encore performance of the 2019 concert, which was filmed live. Settle in with a mug of cocoa or a cup of egg nog and enjoy the music!
