Short-Term Rental Licensing

To operate a short-term rental in the City of Greenbelt a property owner must obtain a Prince George’s County Short-Term Rental License following by a City of Greenbelt Rental License.  All short-term rentals are inspected by the City of Greenbelt.

City of Greenbelt Short-Term Rental License/Inspection Program

Once a property owner obtains an approved County Short-Term Rental License they are required to obtain a City of Greenbelt Rental License.  Along with a City’s completed rental application (see link above) and fee, please submit one (1) copy of the County’s submitted application and one (1) copy of the approved County Short-Term Rental License.
