This workshop is being hosted by the Prince George's Count Forestry Board, Maryland. Agnes Kedmencez, Maryland Dept. of Natural Resources' forest stewardship coordinator, will provide a great presentation on how trees link water, animals and human in positive ways. She will also give an overview of forest bathing or shinrin-yoku. This is a Japanese practice that connects you to the forest through your senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch.
