      1. Discussion on the Mayor’s email concerning the status of his Just and Fair Policing Act Proposal of 2020 & the status of LEOBR.
      2. Continued Review of the Suggested Recommendations and Modifications to the GPD General Orders as written by Peggy.
      3. Review of the changes to the Draft Report on JFPA to Council written by Stan (version dated 3/3/21)
      4. Time for questions from the public
