No appointment necessary - screenings will be on a first come, first serve basis. 

Will be parked in front of the Mall near the entrance to TJ Maxx.

• BMI
• Glucose Testing

All participants must wear masks and maintain physical distancing.

The concern for the health and safety of the community and participants at our events is our top priority. We will continue to closely monitor the situation with COVID-19 and cancel any in-person events, if needed.
