National Public Lands Day

Join the City of Greenbelt Department of Public Works and CHEARS for a conservation stewardship event in recognition of National Public Lands Day. Volunteers are needed to remove invasive plant species and perform general maintenance in the CHEARS food forest at Springhill Lake Recreation Center. 

Reminders:

Bring a reusable water bottle

Wear weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes

Students: Bring community service forms

Volunteers must register in order to participate
