1. Meet with Mr. DeLoach, City Solicitor via Zoom
a. Is City Code up to date with Maryland ethics requirements?
b. What is process to check?
c. Do you need an official request from our commission or the Greenbelt City Council to begin the review of Greenbelt City Code with reference to the ethics regulations?
d. Compare forms that are distributed to Greenbelt elected officials/candidates for government, city employees and advisory board members and those given to College Park officials/employees/advisory board members – are we on par, do we ask for too much info, too little?
