Come out this Saturday, October 22nd for the Green Summit, rain or shine! Join family, friends and neighbors from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kentland Community Center for music, family-friendly fun, green partners and workshops.

Interactive workshops will demonstrate how to #compost in the County's newly expanded curbside program, create a wildflower seed ball from natural materials, a #climatechange trivia game, #electricvehicle demonstrations, and more! Learn about various programs and services from green exhibitors and even meet some small wildlife. DoE will also have pets available for adoption during the event! #adoptdontshop
