Purpose

The purpose of the Advisory Committee on Trees is to study, investigate, and advise the council on matters related to the city’s tree resources.  The committee develops and updates, in conjunction with city staff, plans for the care, preservation, pruning, planting, replanting, removal, or disposition of trees and shrubs on public grounds.
