About

The Greenbelt Business Capital Infrastructure (GBCI) Grant program offers financial assistance to local small businesses and property owners impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This grant supports business recovery efforts related to business interruption, improvements and continuity. Applicants must meet eligibility guidelines and provide evidence of financial impact due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

AWARD AMOUNT:

Maximum award amount is $50,000.

Minimum award amount is $40,000.

No match is required.

APPLICATION PERIOD: May 3 - July 3.

Exterior / Interior Components and Fixtures
Façade Improvements
Facility / Technological Upgrades
Equipment
Interior Alteration / Expansion
Architectural, Engineering, Planning, or Permitting Fees

INELIGIBLE USES:

Business Operating Expenses
Building Foundations
Landscaping / Hardscaping
Debt / Loan Repayments
