Conditions

Police reports may be requested by mail, in person or online and will only be released to interested parties. Be prepared to show government issued identification. Information on criminal reports may be redacted. Complete reports will only be released with a court subpoena.

Accident reports will only be released to qualifying individuals. If the request is being mailed, a photocopy of your driver’s license must be included in the request. Also, please include a self addressed envelope.
