Join Community Composting and Recycle Your Food Scraps

Learn how to recycle your food scraps at the hot compost station near Springhill Lake Recreation Center. Join with neighbors to participate in a system that turns food scraps and wood chips into compost. Keep your food scraps from creating methane at the landfill! Instead, return them to the earth to nurture new plants and flowers.

Free 90-minute training sessions are held one Saturday a month, from 10-11:30 am at the Springhill Lake Rec Center.
